1. Information We Collect

When you use Singularity, we may collect:

  • Account information (name, email address)
  • Workspace data (files you upload, notes you create, chat messages)
  • Usage data (features used, session duration, interactions)
  • Integration credentials (OAuth tokens for connected apps like Gmail, Slack)
  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Singularity workspace and AI features
  • To process your workflows and generate outputs
  • To connect with third-party services you authorize
  • To improve our product and develop new features
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Processing

Your workspace data (files, notes, chat messages) is processed by AI models to generate workflow outputs. This data is used solely to provide the service you requested. We do not use your workspace data to train AI models. Your data is not shared with other customers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Integration tokens are encrypted and stored separately from your workspace data.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party apps (Gmail, Slack, Notion, etc.), we access only the data necessary to perform the actions you request. We store OAuth tokens to maintain your connections. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which revokes our access.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics)
  • Third-party apps you explicitly connect and authorize
  • Law enforcement when required by law

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and account
  • Export your workspace data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Disconnect any third-party integration at any time

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
