1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Singularity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by BluOrigin Media ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Singularity is an AI-powered workspace platform that provides workflow automation, document processing, chat-based AI assistance, and third-party app integrations. The Service is designed for business use and is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or generate using the Service. This includes files, notes, chat messages, and workflow outputs.

  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses AI to generate workflow outputs, summaries, drafts, and other content. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI output.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party applications (Gmail, Slack, Notion, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.

8. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or as agreed in your service agreement
  • Pilot engagements are billed as one-time fees
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days
  • After 30 days, we may delete your data from our systems

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BluOrigin Media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
